Questions
Can I import my data from Artlogic?
Yes. Export your artworks, contacts, and sales from Artlogic as CSV or Excel files, then import them directly into Valori. The import tool maps your columns automatically and handles duplicates. Most galleries complete migration in under an hour.
Where is my data stored?
Valori runs on EU-hosted infrastructure (AWS eu-west-1, Frankfurt). Your data never leaves the EU. We use Supabase for the database layer, with row-level security and encrypted connections.
Is Valori GDPR compliant?
Yes. EU-hosted data, encrypted at rest and in transit, with granular access controls. We do not sell or share your data. You can export or delete your entire account at any time.
How does pricing intelligence work?
Valori pulls publicly available comparable sales data and adjusts for career stage, medium, dimensions, and market trends. You see an estimated price range for each artist you represent, alongside the data points behind it. It is a research tool, not an appraisal — designed to inform your pricing decisions, not replace them.
